Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is the practice of using hands-on manipulation of the soft tissue: muscle, skin, tendons, fascia, ligaments, and joint capsules.  Massage affects all systems of the body:  circulatory, nervous, muscular and lymphatic systems.
